What is the difference between all your teas?
Jasmine Green Tea - refreshing
There are various green teas and our favorite is jasmine green tea which provides a slight floral taste - masking a green tea's bitterness. The roasted tea leaves are harvested from natural tea leaf fields of camellia sinensis. Green tea is full of antioxidants that may help lower bad cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Other research shows that consuming it may improve blood flow, lower the risks of Alzheimer’s and type 2 diabetes, as well as support heart, oral and brain health.

Oolong Tea - refreshing
Oolong Tea is the perfect balance between Green and Black Tea. It has a full-bodied aroma with a slightly sweet and mild tea flavor. Oolong tea has gained popularity for its potential health benefits including reducing cholesterol, burning fat, and maintaining a healthy immune system.

Black Tea - refreshing
Black tea has an earthy taste and is stronger than most teas. It contains antioxidants, which may defend your cells against damage caused by free radicals and may reduce the risk for heart disease. Studies have also found that incorporating black tea in your diet may lower LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol).

Golden Milk Tea - creamy
Golden Milk Tea is a blend of black tea leaves, cassia tora seeds, and vanilla powder. It is the perfect blend of all-natural ingredients with no preservatives. Think of it as a bonus to the strong flavor of black tea with the superior quality of cassia tora seeds and a hint of sweet vanilla. Black tea (see above) and cassia tora seeds may provide a variety of health benefits. Cassia tora seeds have been used in traditional herbal medicine to treat skin disease and assist with digestive health - kidney, liver and intestines.

Thai Tea - creamy
Thai tea is known to be orange, sweet, creamy and heavily spiced. It has two layers - thai tea topped with half & half. Its contains black tea, sugar, star anise, cardamom, cinnamon, vanilla, and FD&C Yellow #6 (which gives it the orange color). For those who cannot consume half & half, please ask the staff to substitute it with your choice of milk or non-dairy creamer. Thai Milk Tea is another non-dairy option to enjoy the Thai Tea flavor as we replace half & half with our house classic milk tea.

Ceremonial Grade Matcha Green Tea - Certified Organic - refreshing or creamy
Matcha is a premium Japanese green tea powder made from the finest shade-grown tea leaves. We get ours directly from Nishio, which is in the Aichi prefecture in central Japan. Unlike other teas, Matcha undergoes a number of additional steps in the production cycle, such as shade growing, hand picking and stone grinding, before it makes its way into your cup. Due to the increased chlorophyll content that is retained during the shade-growing process, Matcha has a vibrant jade green color. At about 5-10 microns in size, a high-quality Matcha powder is very fine to the touch and feels similar to eye shadow. Best known for its healthy superfood qualities, Matcha is extremely high in antioxidants, amino acids, and other nutrients. It tastes naturally smooth and sweet with just a hint of astringency, which comes from the L-theanine amino acids that are preserved during the shade growing process. With matcha green tea, the caffeine will not hit you all at once, but slowly throughout the day compared to coffee.

All our teas may be beneficial to health and longevity. The caffeine and antioxidants that tea possesses may help boost your metabolism, helping you burn more calories. However, the amount of sugar you choose to add will determine how healthy it is.
